Responsibilities: Analysis of the current situation, familiarization with the company's strategy and plans; Control and improvement of the current system; Identification of buyers' weaknesses and their growth points; Finding solutions for FB problems; Ensuring stability in the company's internal processes; Work on process and team efficiency What we expect from you: Experience in managing operational activities for at least 2 years (affiliate marketing); Excellent analytical and strategic skills; Excellent communication and leadership qualities; Experience in developing and implementing business process optimization strategies.
