COO (IGaming-Product) in Kopiyka V.I., FOP

СPA-Factory is a large team in the field of Digital Marketing and Affiliate Marketing that works with countries in Europe, Asia, the Middle and Far East, South America. Due to the expansion and launch of new projects, we are currently looking for a specialist for the position of COO, who will be able to optimize current processes and bring interesting ideas to our projects. Responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day operational activities of the company in order to ensure high productivity and efficiency; Analysis of the current situation, familiarization with the company's strategy and plans, construction of business processes, their implementation; Communication with department heads, team management; Control over the implementation of planned indicators and figures for each department of the company; Ensuring stability in the company's internal processes; Work on process and team effectiveness. What we expect from you: Experience in managing operational activities for at least 3 years (IGaming niche); Experience in building processes from scratch; Excellent analytical and strategic skills; Excellent communication and leadership qualities; Experience in the development and implementation of business process optimization strategies.
