COO (Chief Operating Officer) in Merle

Merle - Ukrainian company for the production of anatomical shoes. We specialize in designing and manufacturing footwear that provides maximum comfort and support for foot health. 

We are looking for an operational director who will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all employees and processes, which will allow the company to achieve strategic goals, build a quality system and maximize profitability.

Duties:

• Structuring departments and optimizing processes to increase work efficiency.

• Communicating with employees and building quality communication within the company.

• Definition, planning and implementation of priority areas of development

• Building an employee evaluation and motivation system

• Implementing Team/Task Management Software

• Determination of recruitment needs and participation in its implementation

• Development and support of corporate culture

We expect:

• 3 years of operational management/project management/change implementation experience

• Experience implementing and configuring project and task management platforms

• Understanding personnel evaluation and motivation systems, experience in their implementation

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels

• Initiative and independence in decision-making

• High level of analytical abilities

• Structure and excellent organizational skills
