Because we want to bring new perspectives and approaches to the company. bodo is a very specific company, so think carefully whether you will be good with us. Despite the fact that we have more than 100 people working for us, I am closing this vacancy myself, because bodo does not have and there will be no HR department, and we managers form our own teams and cultivate corporate culture. Accordingly, if necessary, our operations director is also engaged in hiring independently) We have many, many different "formalizations" and "tools" that help managers focus on development, and not "remind" employees how to do their work or "motivate" them to work . These "formalizations" and "tools" include KPIs, master plans, weekly plans with time estimates, checklists, knowledge bases, induction plans, position profiles, probation criteria, canned goods, etc. All these "formalizations" and "tools" must not only be understood and known, but also performed by yourself. We are looking for a candidate who: - Worked in a medium-sized business with direct reporting to the owner. - Ready to undergo training and practical work in all positions in the area of ​​responsibility to really understand how the system works (from a call center operator and sales consultant, it will take more than 6 months, the financial conditions during training are the same as after). - Demanding to himself and others. - Extremely attentive to details. - Independently hired subordinates (searched for candidates, conducted telephone and personal interviews). - Created and ensured the use of super detailed and clear work tools (50+ item checklists, detailed process knowledge bases, etc.). - Developed and implemented KPIs. - Changemaker: permanently initiates changes and seeks their implementation in reality. - Works in Google Sheets with formulas (VLOOKUP, IMPORTRANGE) and pivot tables. - Plans his work with time estimation and demands it from other colleagues. - Prints at a speed of 300 characters. You can check yourself here. - No bad habits (including IQOS, glo, disposables, vapes, etc.). - Willing to work in the office (everyone, including me, works in the office full time - no remote work or hybrid schedule).
