🎮ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer or Chief Operating Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and procedures of our organization. You will be the second person in the company and will be responsible for the efficiency of the business.

🎮REQUIREMENTS:

• English (Upper-Intermediate ++)
• Experience in a similar position 2+ years
• Experience as Project Manager or Producer in Gamedev Company will be a plus
• Deep understanding of Gamedev and business functions (Development, HR, finance, marketing, etc.)
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Identifying and solving problems independently

🎮RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process automatization
• Developing and implementing reporting systems
• Team growing (upskilling, creation of ownership culture
• Control the daily activities of the company and the work of managers (CTO, Producers, Sales Team, HR, Development.);
• Enhancing the quality and performance of projects
• New projects integration into production pipeline
• Setting short-term and long-term goals for the company
• Creating and standardizing work processes
• Troubleshooting
