COO in Meandr, Centr profesiynogo rozvitku / Stec L.V., FOP

For our partner - a manufacturing FMCG company, we are looking for a COO (with the prospect of a quick transition to the role of CEO)

The focus of the COO:

• Building an effective, scalable production model.
• Optimization of processes, productivity and transparent costing.
• Implementation of quality management systems.
• Automation of key operations.
• Formation and implementation of sales strategy.
• Launch of new products, SKUs, directions and territories.
• Work with international partners and contracts. 
• Import portfolio management.
• Building a management team to scale the business.

Expectations:

• 5+ years of experience in the roles of: COO, CEO, General Manager, Commercial Director, Development Director.
• Experience in business scaling, launching new markets and products.
• Experience in budgeting, financial planning and performance control budget.
• Experience of zero-based budgeting.
• Experience of M&A and successful integrations.
