This role will report directly to the CFO and work closely with the executive team, third-party tax, accounting, legal, and compliance experts. As the Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and collaborating with the CFO on all aspects of accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping and executing the financial strategy of the company and providing leadership to the accounting team, all while operating in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. This position is Full-Time, 100% Remote within the US. Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, develop, improve, and implement internal controls and procedures as CommandLink continues to grow Manage the consolidation and reconciliation of financial data necessary for accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closes Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies Understand and ensure compliance with, among other accounting standards, ASC 606 revenue and sub-topic ASC 340-40 commission recognition, as well as capitalized labor policies Collaborate with external CPA/auditors, tax, and legal professionals, as necessary Oversight of accounts payable, billing, and receivables functions Define and improve fixed asset/capitalization accounting policies, including asset tracking and systems Support the hiring and training of skilled accounting staff Support international expansion initiatives, including multi-currency billing, payments, and FX accounting Support CFO and executive financial forecasting and performance analysis initiatives Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations Lead and collaborate with the finance team on the selection, implementation, and maintenance of financial systems and technology Support the integration of accounting systems with CommandLink’s ERP platform and other business applications Stay current with industry best practices and implement changes accordingly Other projects and duties as may be assigned from time to time by the CFO QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance or accounting 7+ years of accounting experience (Big 4 experience desirable) Active CPA license preferred Deep working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) Experience with recurring services revenue models such as telecom, managed services and/or SaaS Prior experience working in or closely with high-growth companies of 100-500 employees International and multi-currency accounting background Proficiency with Netsuite and Quickbooks accounting/ERP systems in addition to system migrations Experience reporting to institutional capital providers (lenders/equity providers) highly preferred Expert Microsoft Excel and data analysis capabilities Demonstrated passion for software-driven process and the ability to rapidly learn new software applications and platforms Why you'll love life at Command|LinkRoom to grow at a high-growth companyAn environment that celebrates ideas and innovationYour work will have a tangible impactGenerous Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage for full-time employeesFlexible time off 401k to help you save for the futureFun events at cool locationsFree DoorDash lunches on FridaysEmployee referral bonuses to encourage the addition of great new people to the team Show more Show less Должностной уровень Директор Тип занятости Полный рабочий день Должностные обязанности Бухгалтерский учет и аудит и Финансовая деятельность и операции Отрасли Разработка программного обеспечения
