We are looking for a Fcontractor for the purchasing department.

Responsibilities:

• preparation/editing and approval of contracts and other agreements with suppliers;
• tracking of contract validity terms, performance conditions and obligations of the parties;
• maintenance of the register of contracts, including in the internal SAP corporate ERP system;
• exchange of primary documents with counterparties;
• preparation of invoices for payment with further follow-up.

Professional requirements:

• completed higher education (unfinished higher education, if the person is still studying), the legal direction will be an advantage;
• English language - intermediate level;
• analytical thinking;
• attention to details;
• high level of self-organization and the ability to control several at the same time processes.
