Specialist in contractual work in Metinvest

We are looking for a Specialist in contractual work for a Group company — Metinvest Business Service.

What needs to be done:

• approve and sign contracts/specifications for the purchase of raw materials;
• form contracts and contracts (specifications, additional agreements etc.) for the sale of raw materials;
• enter into the SAP system contractual documents for the purchase/sale of raw materials, the formation of RCM cards;
• carry out control over the prices of purchase and sale of raw materials. Coordination of the margin level;
• carry out support for contractual documents and control over the return of originals drawn up on both sides. Transfer RCM SAP cards for archiving;
• consolidate data on contractual documents for established reporting of the department, information on issues that are in the department's field of responsibility;
• coordinate and draw up contracts/specifications for forwarding services;
• to ensure control of the correctness of calculation and display of forwarding services according to raw material purchase/sale schemes.

Our expectations:

• availability of higher education in the field of economics, international relations, finance, etc.;
• work experience: from 1 year or without experience work;
• knowledge of the Laws of Ukraine, regulations, methodological and other documents related to contractual work;
• knowledge of the specifics of drafting contractual and primary documentation; 
• skills in organization and logistics of product supply;
• knowledge of INCOTERMS rules;
• ability to work with basic MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Internet), use electronic by mail, legal bases;
• communicability, high level of responsibility, initiative, analytical mindset.
