Contract services administrator in Skaniya Ukrayina, TOV

Main duties in the position:

• Create documents and control document flow (invoices, reports of completed works, commercial offers, contracts, including in the EDO system)
• Make and control payments to dealers and counterparties (compensation, bonuses and payment requests)
• Carry out document flow digitization (coordinating and concluding EDO contracts)
• Create invoices and control accounts receivable
• Administer and analyze the portfolio of contract services
• Calculate commercial offers and issue contracts in agreement with the Contract Services Manager
• Maintain communication with the car sales department, service station managers, as well as employees of the financial department and accounting.
• Prepare answers to written requests related to the sale of contractual services
• Prepare the necessary reporting and statistics (report S10, sales statistics)
• Prepare translations
• Participate in the development of marketing materials
• Participate in inventory
• Perform the duties of the Contract Services Manager in his absence

• Candidate requirements:

  • Higher technical education (preferred)
  • Experience in the automotive industry or related
  • Level of knowledge of the English language - Intermediate

  • Knowledge of the Scania company as a whole
  • Knowledge of the principle of contract services
  • Knowledge of document flow
  • Knowledge of software by direction Contract Services
  • Understanding Service and HR workflows
