Responsibilities:

• Implementation of contractual work based on the results of procurement procedures of the Procurement Directorate
• Development of templates for contractual documents that are a direct result of the procurement procedure
• Initiation of negotiation of contracts, additional agreements in the SAP system
• Formation of contracts, additional agreements, the author of which is for signing by authorized persons of the parties
• Interaction with other divisions of the Company and Counterparts regarding the control of the timeliness of the agreement of contracts, implementation and their execution
• Organization and control of approval of all terms of contractual documents, the author of which is both within the Company and with Counterparts
• Understanding the basics of accounting and tax accounting and corporate taxation
• Knowledge of the basics of jurisprudence, the basics of contractual work, work with import contracts

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Experience of working with similar functionality from 2 years
• Knowledge of the basics of customs, financial, civil, tax, economic, labor legislation of Ukraine
• Developed leadership, organizational, analytical, communicative and personal qualities
• Proficiency in English at Intermediate+ level
