The selectedcandidate will be an individual contributor, and support proposal preparation, negotiations, administration, and closeouts of our contracts, interfacing directly with the USG and international customers. This role requires excellent communication skills to be able to work cross-functionally with the program team, as well as internal and external customers.The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to perform contracts management responsibilities, including but not limited to: negotiate, coordinate, extend, terminate, andrenegotiate standard and nonstandard USG/DCS contracts; evaluate contract performance to resolve necessityfor amendments or extensions of contracts, andcompliance to contractual obligations; maintain communications to ensure timely contractexecution by the parties; ensure final contract documents are consistent withagreements reached at negotiation;This position is anticipated to be filled in a hybrid worksetting, but could be fully remote depending on the experience level of the candidate.
