Job Description

We are seeking a Contract Lawyer to join our team remotely.

• Drafting, reviewing, and amending contracts, opinions, letters, and other legal documents.
• Negotiation process support and facilitation.
• Coordination and collaboration with all internal stakeholders on legal queries.
• Devising and documenting contract strategy in line with our company values.
• Ensuring all contracts and actions comply with all relevant local, state, federal, and international laws.
• Drafting additional legal documentation as needed.
• Examining and reporting any potential or existing legal issues to the relevant authorities.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Law from a Western or acknowledged Ukrainian university.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an international company/environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Business, Contract, IP, Tax, Corporate, Law, and regulation of international business activity.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in drafting of legal documents.
• Ability to work under limited supervision and accept personal responsibility for task completion.
• Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
• Advanced command of legal English, and Ukrainian (for UA-based candidates). Reading, writing, and speaking.
