About Us: Luxoft's Global Contracting team is looking for a Contract Coordinator to join our multinational team.

Process various service contracts for different Luxoft locations worldwide in internal systems, all in English.
-Update and maintain files in the contract management system in a timely manner.
-Provide regular updates and reports to management, attorneys, and internal stakeholders on the progress of contract status and key issues.
-Handle special projects as assigned.
Skills
Must have
Fluent in English, both oral and written (C1-C2).
Intermediate experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Previous contract administration or equivalent experience preferred.
Considerable knowledge of legal terms, contract preparation procedures, and general business practices
Nice to have
-Ability to learn quickly, work effectively under pressure, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Results-driven, with strong personal confidence and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
