Main responsibilities: Ensuring continuous improvement in assigned areas through monitoring and action format in accordance with the Lean Index Initiating and coordinating the processes of building value stream maps (VSM), conducting Kaizen workshops (Kaizen Events) and projects to improve production, warehouse and non-production processes Definition opportunities to reduce costs and improve productivity, coordination of the implementation of these improvements Development, implementation and monitoring of devices that prevent the occurrence of defects due to errors, in those areas where opportunities for their application are identified Analysis of opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce losses in materials and equipment Application, implementation training, spreading the culture of using Lean tools (lean) Development and application of quality methods to eliminate problems, optimize process quality using Lean and Six Sigma methods Basic requirements: Understanding of the basic concepts of Lean culture; Excellent communication skills; Skills work in a team; Basic skills of working with Excel and PowerPoint; English proficiency at an intermediate level and above; Quick adaptation to changes in the dynamic world of innovative technologies.
