We are currently looking for a Content Writer who will aimed not only at writing quality content, but primarily at business indicators.

You are our candidate if you have:

1. Work experiencefrom 1 year with B2B marketing and branding in social networks and experience in generating leads from social networks.
2. Experience in development of quality and relevant content in the Ukrainian languagefor various social platforms.
3. Deep knowledge of social media tools (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram).
4. Understanding of branding: visual identity, communication sequence, positioning.
5. Skills optimize your workthanks to AI.
6. Copywriting skills: the ability to write texts of high quality and autonomously, including from scratch (from audio, video and chaotic circles).
7. Experiencecontent promotion events in social networks and working with opinion leaders and influencers.
8. Ability to clearly write follow-ups.
9. Not a must have, but great if you have experience in developing complex campaigns to attract audiences and leads (collaborations with other companies, multi-channel posts).

 What you will do:

1. You will develop the brand and performance marketing in social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Viber, Threads).du.
2. You will conduct an analysis of competitors, market trends, consumer behavior, in particular the number of subscribers, the level of interaction.
3. You will cooperate with the marketing teams of FRACTAL companies (ex-Netpeak Group) to highlight their info drives and the companies' products and services.
4. You will moderate the community in social networks: process incoming requests and quickly respond to brand mentions.
5. You will create a content plan and prepare monthly analytics reports.
6. You will carry out internal marketing through news in the Telegram channel: highlight the activities of FRACTAL (ex-Netpeak Group) inside the company in the form of good news.
