Defense Builder is a Ukrainian accelerator of defense startups whose mission is to create conditions for the development of the country's defense sector through the training of new teams, combining defense and business expertise. We help defense tech teams attract investment, scale production, and find opportunities to test developments on the training ground and on the battlefield.

Required skills and experience :

— Content writer / SMM Manager experience of 2 years or more;
— Excellent writing and editing skills in Ukrainian and English;
—Portfolio of published materials / publications for social networks;
—English B2+;
—Experience in research and information analytics;
— Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization for search engines will be an advantage;
—Skills for working with planning and content management tools;
— Creativity, initiative and attention to details;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
—Experience with defense tech will be an advantage;
—Experience in successful implementation of complex projects will be an advantage;
- Experience in a startup will be an advantage.

Key tasks :

— Writing texts for publications on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms);
—Preparation of texts for marketing materials: newsletters, van pagers, presentations, printed materials;
—Writing communication briefs, materials for the media under tasks;
— Conduct detailed research to create high-quality and informative content;
— Creation of a content plan and its implementation in accordance with the company's marketing strategy;
—Analyzing content performance and making necessary adjustments to improve performance.
