USKELAR is already a powerful communication team that is engaged in the construction of full-cycle communications — from Employer Branding to Global PR. Now we are looking for an ambitious and proactive content writer who will strengthen the team. We are looking for a motivated professional who will help us build a strong employer brand in the tech market. What challenges await you: —Ownership and management of the direction of production of text content of various formats (columns, press releases, brand communication, etc.): from ideas to implementation (in particular, pitching in Ukrainian media); — Interaction with external writers and internal contributors who are ready to create expert materials with the aim of knowledge sharing and strengthening the presence of the SKELAR brand in the media; — Management of the SMM direction: content planning, setting tasks for the design team, creating texts for publications, managing deadlines and quality at each stage; — Formation of communication meanings for content and quality control of materials. Tracking trends in communications and implementing new approaches. Here you will need your skills to adapt to changes, find opportunities and quickly use them. For this, you will have all the necessary resources; —Evaluation of efficiency, formation of the realization of hypotheses to improve results. We are sure that the effectiveness of communications can be measured, and you can help with this; — Involvement in Global PR communication projects for startups. What is important for us: —Experience as Communications Manager/ PRManager/ Employer Brand Manager from 1.5 years. Experience of working in a communication or advertising agency, in particular in the field of SMM, will be an advantage; —Experience in creating quality texts in various formats: columns, press releases, reviews, etc. The fact of placing texts in Tier-1 and Tier-2 Ukrainian and/or international media will be an advantage; — Systematic approach to completion and meeting deadlines; — Communicability, proactivity and creativity; —Proven experience in performing "turnkey" tasks; — Ability to create high-quality text support for SMM publications; —Perfect command of the Ukrainian language, knowledge of English at the Intermediate+ level; — Literacy, attentiveness to the details of the task of fact-checking; —Understanding trends, communication tools and content formats; —Deep respect for the communication profession and a strong desire to develop in it.
