SKELAR already has a super-powerful communications team dedicated to building full-cycle communications, from Employer Branding to Global PR. We are currently looking for an ambitious and proactive Content writer to join the team. We are looking for a motivated professional who will help us build a strong employer brand on the tech market.

What challenges await you:

- Ownership and management of the direction of text production content of various formats (columns, press releases, brand communication, etc.): from ideas to implementation (in particular, pitching to Ukrainian media);

— Interaction with external writers and internal contributors who are ready to create expert materials with for the purpose of knowledge sharing and strengthening the presence of the SKELAR brand in the media;

— Management of the SMM direction: content planning, setting tasks for the design team, creating texts for publications, managing deadlines and quality at each stage;

p> — Formation of communication meanings for content and quality control of materials. Tracking trends in communications and implementing new approaches. Here you will need your skills to adapt to changes, find opportunities and quickly use them. For this, you will have all the necessary resources;

- Performance evaluation, formation and implementation of hypotheses to improve results. We are sure that the effectiveness of communications can be measured, and it is you who can help with this;

- Involvement in Global PR communication projects for startups.

What is important to us:< /strong>

- Experience in the position of Communications Manager / PR Manager / Employer Brand Manager from 1.5 years. Experience of working in a communication or advertising agency and in particular in the SMM direction will be an advantage; Experience in creating quality texts in various formats: columns, press releases, reviews, etc. The fact of placing texts in Tier-1 and Tier-2 Ukrainian and/or international media will be an advantage;

— Systematic approach to work and meeting deadlines;

— Communicability, proactivity and creativity;

— Proven experience in performing turnkey tasks;

— Ability to create high-quality text support for SMM publications;

— Perfect command of the Ukrainian language and knowledge of English Intermediate+ levels;

— Literacy, attention to details and fact-checking skills;

— Understanding of trends, communication toolsments and content formats;

— Deep respect for the communication profession and an irrepressible desire to develop in it.
