Kraken Leads is a team that specializes in attracting and monetizing traffic in a very competitive niche, namely the entertainment industry. Our teams have created more than a thousand projects and do not stop their development and support. We are currently looking for a Content Team Lead to join our friendly team.

We are looking for a candidate:

• From 2 years of work in the position of Content team lead, Head of content, Chief editor - in highly competitive niches.
• Experience in gambling and betting niches.
• Experience in managing outsourced teams - from 30 people.
• Experience of working with a large number of projects and complex markets (Asia, Latam).
• Experience of developing TOR for SEO content.
• Basic understanding of SEO features of website promotion.
• Experience with content analytics tools, as well as different types of CMS.
• Experience with project budgeting.

• English from C1.
• Any additional language will be a plus.

Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Building outsourcing of a team of writers for the full cycle of content provision of the company's projects.
• Control and improvement of the work efficiency of full-time content coordinators.
• Analysis and improvement of the quality of content on already existing sites.
• li>Budgeting and financial reporting on projects.
