What you’ll do

• Lead and grow a remote team of copywriters and editors across multiple countries and languages
• Ensure top-tier content quality through expert editing and clear editorial standards
• Create SEO-driven content briefs that boost rankings and fuel organic growth
• Launch and optimize AI-powered processes for briefing, QA, and reporting in collaboration with tech & marketing teams
• Work closely with SEO, AI, and marketing leads to shape efficient, impactful content operations

Requirements

• Experience in hiring, managing, and developing content teams
• Understanding of SEO principles, content structure, and performance metrics
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation frameworks used in marketing (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI)
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
