We are currently looking for a Content Team Leadwho will be responsible for placing content on the sites of all seven countries where our ISpace stores are present. And will be responsible for the quality work of content specialists in all seven countries.
Basic duties:
- Creating and editing product cards
Preparation and uploading of multimedia content
SEO optimization of product cards
Updating and maintaining the relevance of information
Analysis and improvement of product cards
Working with the content management system (CMS)
li>Interaction with other departments
Moderation and management of user content
Requirements:
- Experience in the position of Lead content manager for at least 2-3 years.
- Deep understanding of the principles of creation and content implementation for various platforms (blogs, social networks, websites, email marketing, etc.).
- Skills of leadership and assignment of tasks, understanding how to motivate and develop a team.
- Experience of working with certain content standards, fulfillment of KPIs set by the company.
- Ability to develop and implement effective content strategies that meet the company's goals.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and the ability to analyze the effectiveness of content using tools such as Google Analytics, Yandex Metrics, etc.
- Understanding how content works in social networks, interaction with different channels to achieve goals.
- Ability to check content for errors, stylistic correctness and brand compliance.

- Knowledge of English at level B1 and higher.
- Knowledge of popular platforms such as WordPress, Bitrix and others.
- Jira, Trello, Asana or similar tools for distribution and control tasks in a team.
- Ability to work with basic editing programs (for example, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma) and text editors(Google Docs, MS Word).
