Content Specialist - Reporting in SKELAR

Relatio is a technology company that creates a mobile application and an online platform that helps people build healthy and harmonious relationships in a couple. Our products provide users with personalized daily lessons, consultations with experts and AI coaches, and tools for emotional self-regulation. We cover key aspects of relationships:

We are looking for a Content Specialist who will turn complex ideas into useful and interesting content for our products - from lessons and articles to videos and mental exercises. This is a role for those who love deep research, working with different formats and creating things that help people around the world.

Empathy for users is important in this role: our product supports them in difficult moments, helps them heal and build harmonious relationships. Therefore, we are looking for a person who understands how important it is to speak to users in plain language, remembering that behind the screen sits a real person with real problems, not an abstract avatar.

In this position you will:

• Create personalized content in English: from short articles and tutorials to video and podcast scripts, self-regulation practices and push notifications;
• Immerse yourself in user, market and competitor research;
• Generate ideas, build and testcontent hypotheses, verifying that they positively affect product metrics;
• Collaborate with external experts to validate educational materials and practices;
• Use AI tools to generate audio and video content;
• Localize texts, audio and video;
• Deploy content in mobile application;
• Analyze results and optimize content.

What is important to us:

• Experience in creating content for an English-speaking audience from 1 year;
• Proficiency in English at C1 level;
• Proficiency in storytelling techniques.

Will be a plus:

• Work experience with educational content;
• Experience in using AI tools (Elevenlabs, HeyGen or similar);
• Basic knowledge of Figma, Adobe Premiere.

In addition to businesses, we are developing a charity fund SKELAR foundation, which was created by the company's employees. As part of the initiative, we create and finance projects that contribute to overcoming the consequences of the war and rebuilding Ukraine.
