Together with the team, they built the Wolves Summit brand, one of the leading technology events in Central and Eastern Europe, which, by organizing events, helped nearly 10,000 companies acquire customers. This means that their team focuses on developing interesting projects in which they use personal brands and focus on digital marketing based on funnels. They select brands from the market that are in four niches: mental health, well-being, business, relationships and, as co-owners, they help scale them. What will your day with Wolves look like? Expectations: Strong support in developing profile strategies on the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, Podcast. Creating content on social networking sites, both in long and short forms, graphics that will attract followers, and CTAs (Call-to-Action). Professional and creative assembly of rolls and connections from scratch or from ready-made materials. Publishing video materials on YouTube (creating a title, text for a thumbnail, preparing a description and meta tags). Moderating private messages and comments on social media platforms. Monitoring your email inbox and replying to messages. Input to topics worth discussing on the YouTube channel. Regularly monitoring KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and proposing solutions to improve them. Cooperation with industry experts. Support in establishing cooperation with partners and influencers, as well as planning and coordination of the cooperation process. Effective communication with subcontractors, commissioning and enforcing assigned tasks. Direct contact with people interested in our products or services and conducting preliminary conversations with them. Active support during webinars and events. Efficient use of new tools and platforms. Paying attention to detail every day and developing a deeper understanding of the personal brand you will be supporting. You are a perfect fit for the Wilki team if: You have experience in running company profiles on social networking sites. You are very proactive and are not afraid to take the initiative. You are creative in creating content and in your approach to solving problems. You can write in a social media-appropriate way and generate interest in your content and graphics. You go beyond standard thinking and suggest new solutions. You know the specifics of individual social networking sites (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube). You have a sense of aesthetics and care about details. You are characterized by good work organization and independence. You are experienced in professional communication with clients. You are able and like to work in a team. You take responsibility for your actions. You actively seek feedback and are development-oriented. You are disciplined and consistent in your actions. You are interested in topics such as mental health, well-being, biohacking, broadly understood health, business, and more. You speak English at a communicative level (B2 or higher). Location and working hours The position requires working in a hybrid system - work remotely and from the innovative office in the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park in Gdynia. Full-time job with the obligation to cover evening hours (4-8 p.m.) and work on weekends according to a shift schedule, related to social media management after events and during periods of peak customer activity.
