For the full formation of the department, our marketer needs aContent,SMM-manager.

Given the specifics of our work, we are considering a person who will work for us in the office. The SMM manager must understand our field of activity, and understand what exactly promotes and how to position our company. Therefore, a person should be in the middle of the company, in our team, and not remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementing a content strategy that meets the overall marketing goals of the company
• Communicating with all departments to create original and modern text, graphic and video content in social networks and on the website
• Taking quality photos and video materials, including product photos, video reviews, etc.
• Editing photos and videos to ensure they are of high quality and attractive
• Creating interesting and engaging content for story-making on various platforms such as Instagram , Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
• Skillfully create, edit, generate stories while taking into account their visual style, tone of voice and audience
• Filling the site with content: news, articles, placing banners
• Involve creativity and have a sense of taste and style
• Monitoring the latest trends in SMM to create relevant content

Requirements:

• Experience in SMM (Availability of cases and the ability to demonstrate them will be an advantage)
• Experience in photo and video shooting, editing and content creation for social media
• Proficient in photo and video editing programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva (or Figma, CapCut, etc.)
• Knowledge and understanding of current social media platforms
• Understanding functionality and social network algorithms.
• Ability to create interesting and attractive content for social media
• A confident user of both photo and video editors and office programs
• Competent Ukrainian written language, without stereotypes: "unbelievable, cool, stylish, lightning-fast, exciting, inspiring, feel the atmosphere..."

• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines

TERMS OF WORK

Salary depends on the growth and achievements of the SMM manager

Freelancers and remote specialists are notconsidered

Trial period - 3 months

Work schedule in the office:

Monday-Friday 9.00-18.00

Saturday 9.00-15.00 as needed

Sunday is a day off
