JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a proactive Content Quality Moderator to ensure video content quality and AI Passthrough (PT) performance. You will check content quality, analyse user feedback, address issues like glitches, and collaborate with content and other internal teams. Additionally, you’ll engage with online forums and social media to maintain a positive image and resolve inquiries promptly, aligning content and community strategies with cross-functional teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor the quality of released video content and performance of AI Passthrough (PT) and AI scripts
• Analyse user feedback to identify content and community improvement areas
• Address issues, like glitches and incorrect listings to internal team
• Collaborate with the content team to integrate feedback into content updates and strategies
• Monitor and engage in online forums, social media, and comments sections to maintain a positive company image and resolve users inquiries promptly
• Work with cross-functional teams to align content and community strategies

YOUR PROFILE:

• Proven experience in community management, customer service, or a related field
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations
• Familiarity with online forums, social media platforms, and community engagement tools
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Passion for VR technology
