Content Producer and Production Assistant in Sprayground

We are looking for someone super organized to join our dynamic Sprayground team! Reporting to our Content Creative Director, the successful candidate will:o Contact and book modelso Find and book locationso Help produce campaign shootso Organize Dropbox content folderso Prepare assets for online launches and international retailerso Budget and schedule out seasono Negotiate rateso Handle paperworko Booke locations, photo, video, makeup,o Location scoutingo Model bookingso Call sheetso Get mood boards and coordinate those with mua and stylisto Pull clothes/self-stylingo Prop shoppingo Outsource logistics planningo Rent and return equipment, if necessary speak with licensing teams/collaborators as wello Report to content director about the whole process/approvals (rates, locations, models, etc)o Bring directors ideas/mood boards to life on seto Have the bags transported to locationo Make sure everyone arrives and settles on time, bags are stuffed, schedule is seto Get food/supplies anyone might needo Ensure everything gets shot, proper posing, angles, etco Send content in chat for review/approvals as production is happeningo Get the RAWSo Handle invoiceso Re-adjust budgetingo Finalize paperworko Make selectso Round up contento Photo/video reviews and approvals with teamo Make assets of the content for the launcheso Prep the launches folderso Organize the Dropbox after shoots/Tag on Instagramo Get licensing approvalso Coordinate any check pickups for cast/crew at office Other responsibilities:o Handle travel bookingso Schedule meetings, taking noteso Provide finished launched content to agents/models Show more Show less Должностной уровень Специалист Тип занятости Полный рабочий день Должностные обязанности Маркетинг Отрасли Производство модных аксессуаров
