#1 rated WJXT, the Graham Media Group-owned station in Jacksonville is seeking a Content Producer. The Content Producer will be a self-starter with the ability to adapt to a variety of project needs, including but not limited to digital analytics, digital content, digital ads, news promotion, programming, contesting, and commercial production. The qualified candidate must be able to conceive, write, shoot, edit, and succeed in a fast paced, results-oriented media environment. The ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker and a self-motivator with the ability to contribute ideas and should be a visual storyteller with strong skills in writing, cinematography, and editing.ResponsibilitiesMust be able to write compelling, engaging content for all platforms.Must have a reel of creative work to submit with resume.Execute and analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns.Write, produce, shoot and edit compelling promotion, programming, OTT content, and execute all aspects of sales, Insider, and station contesting.Social media marketing and Insider content development.Assist in all areas of station promotions, marketing, commercial production, special projects, community events and more.Work well with the sales department, creative services, news talent, producers, photographers and reporters in the field.Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays on short notice.Must be able to work a night side position if needed.QualificationsTelevision experience is a plus.Knowledge of digital analytics a plusKnowledge of Premier experience and After Effects a plus.Willingness to work flexible schedules.Bachelors degree a plusBoth a team player and a solo act rolled into one.Ability to problem-solve, find positive solutions to challenges.Must be well-organized and highly motivated.Additional InformationWJXT/WCWJ is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
