Content Moderator in SKELAR

We are currently looking for a Content Moderator in one of our portfolio companies, who can not only support the level of customer service, but also improve it. What Challenges They are waiting for you in the role of Content Moderator— Respond to complaints left by users based on scripts;— Cooperate with the support team and other teams to solve individual cases;— Moderate photos and text content;— Work with the anti-fraud system;— Analyze payments for fraud ;— Work with artificial intelligence;— Participate in the improvement of work processes. What is important for us:— English level B1 and above;— Ability to work with objections;— Knowledge of excel;— Available comfortable conditions for remote work (stable Internet connection connection, absence of extraneous noises in the room and availability of a working computer); It will be a plus if you have experience working with anti-fraud (fraud) systems; experience in content moderation.
