Our clients can choose the type of work, set requirements and deadlines, and choose the author. In addition, online chat allows customers and authors to communicate with each other to clarify.We also provide services for checking papers for plagiarism, editing and correcting text, and training and advice on improving research paper writing skills. Our team of writers consists of only the best experts, who are rigorously screened and constantly improve their skills.Our platform also provides the opportunity to receive feedback from authors and ask for technical support and help in choosing the best work.We constantly improve our platform and services to provide our customers with the highest convenience and quality.Our support team is always available to help customers with any questions regarding our platform. We strive to ensure that our clients have only a positive experience with us and recommend us to their friends and colleagues.Responsibilities:- Evaluate messages received from customers across various channels.- Analyze the content of messages to understand customers’ concerns, opinions, and suggestions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support, product development, and marketing, to address customer concerns and implement necessary changes.- Follow company guidelines and policies regarding customer interactions, data privacy, and content moderation practices.We are looking for you if you have:- Experience in content moderation across multiple platforms and channels.- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow moderation guidelines accurately.- Strong analytical skills for identifying trends, patterns, and emerging issues.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide insights for process improvement.- Proficiency in English must be at least at the C1 level or higher.Questions and Answers:- Do you have an office that works in the absence of light?Yes, of course! Our office is equipped with everything necessary, ensuring uninterrupted work, even during blackouts.- Can I work remotely from another country?Yes.
