We are currently looking for a Remote Content Moderator in the Trust&Safety Department of TENTENs Tech.
Trust&Safety is a department that works to reduce risks, prevent harm to its users and outright fraud, helps create a culture of care, safety and a positive experience around and within the company's platform and services.

- Remote work in a fixed schedule - 16:00 - 00:00 and 00:00 - 8:00, 2 by 2 (14- 16 shifts per month, 8 night and 8 evening shifts);

- Ability to regulate your working hours independently (ideally, previously worked remotely and on night shifts).

Knowledge of other languages ​​(Spanish or Chinese) or previous experience as a content moderator will be an added advantage.

What challenges await:
— Moderate content on the site (moderation of media and text content, other services, verification of user accounts).
—Communicate with partners and monitor their compliance with the terms of cooperation.
- For the need to be involved in other tasks - maintenance of the knowledge base, additional content checks, including for training ML models, research, etc.
- Collaborate with the user support team and other relevant departments.

In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the limits of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
