Content may be for internal use or on behalf of our clients – primarily B2B tech businesses. Responsibilities✔️ Build content marketing strategies to align with business goals.✔️ Create clear, concise and creative content for different use cases – from LinkedIn posts to blog articles that require research.✔️ Be able to write copy (UK and Intl English) as well as design visual assets for Ads or Social Media posts using Canva and other tools (don't worry, we don't expect you to be an illustration artist, we have a graphic designer on the team for that).✔️ Create and follow a content calendar, collaborating closely with other remote team members to ensure the timely delivery of materials.✔️ Ensure content consistency in terms of brand, style, quality, purpose and tone of voice.✔️ Measure and analyze the success of content marketing efforts with SEO, web and LinkedIn analytics; adjusting strategies for maximum impact.✔️ Develop content to promote and support business events (conferences, webinars, etc.), coordinate event-related materials, and posting.✔️ Be part of an ad-hoc event support team; helping with coordination, setup and on-site management of own and customer events; seasonally if required.Skills and Qualifications✔️ Must be a proactive, enthusiastic self-starter, willing to learn new skills and develop processes with the help of your team, management and other provided resources✔️ Confident in discussing requirements and recommending solutions to stakeholders, regardless of seniority level inside or outside the organization✔️ Excellent written and spoken English language (B2-Upper Intermediate or above)✔️ Experience working with international, remote teams and/or customers in UK/EU/US✔️ Demonstrable knowledge of creativity, productivity and meeting tools, such as Google Apps/Workspace, Office 365, Canva, Adobe, Slack, Teams, Zoom, Trello, Buffer, etc✔️ Experience of active engagement within social media and forum platforms, like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, Quora, StackExchange, etc✔️ Able to quickly research given topics and transform that research into original copy✔️ Interest, understanding or experience in AI platforms, such as ChatGPT,Midjourney, Runway or others, specifically in how they can sustainably accelerate content production and the limitations of these technologies in terms of output quality and consistency✔️ This role is at least 80% remote-based.
