Our expectations for Candidates:
- Over 3 years of experience in writing B2B marketing content, preferably in the technology or financial sector ;
- Excellent communication, grammar, spelling and writing skills in English (min. C1);
- Good understanding of B2B marketing best practices and content marketing strategies;
- Attention to detail, very good work organization, multitasking, commitment and willingness to learn new things, proactiveness in searching for new solutions;
- Very high independence and sense of responsibility for the prepared content;
- Creativity, sense of aesthetics and the ability to think outside the box;
- Creative, holistic, non-reproductive, strategic thinking (understanding the broader context);
- Good work organization, planning skills and punctuality;
- Knowledge of writing in accordance with SEO principles;
- Ability to set priorities.

The tasks of the person in this position will include:
- Creating high-quality, engaging content in various formats (Press articles, blogs, newsletter);
- Collaborate with industry experts on specialized content, including our executives;
- Work closely with marketing, sales and product teams to ensure content is aligned with overall marketing goals;
- Optimization tcontent based on data analysis to increase engagement and achieve business goals;
- Manage crisis situations and respond to negative opinions in a professional and diplomatic manner;
- Creative and copywriting support in the team's conceptual work;
- Collaborate with the design team to develop and prepare visualizations to support articles and content on the website;
- Adapting content to different target groups and platforms, maintaining the appropriate brand tone;
- Proofreading and constant supervision of the quality of materials in accordance with brand guidelines and best UX E-commerce practices;
- Supervising the content creation process, from idea to publication and promotion;
- Monitor content performance metrics such as traffic, engagement and conversions.
