We’re looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager / Website Product Owner with profound copywriting skills to oversee the overall content and user experience of our website. As the steward of our website, you will ensure the quality and coherence of visual and written content, manage WordPress CMS, and uphold our brand’s tone and voice across all pages.
Required skills and experience
- Proven experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in copywriting, preferably with a focus on eCommerce.
- Website management: Strong experience managing content and operations on CMS platforms, specifically WordPress.
- User experience: Proficient in designing and optimizing UX/UI to enhance customer interaction and satisfaction on the website.
- SEO and CRO: Expertise in writing SEO-optimized landing pages and using conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to boost site performance.
- Collaborative skills: Ability to work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure a coherent website strategy.
- Communication skills: Advanced or fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Attitude: Positive and results-driven with a keen eye for detail and a penchant for healthy perfectionism.
- SEO and analytics tools: Proficiency with ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics to analyze and optimize website performance.
Preferred qualifications
- B2B agency experience: Prior experience in a B2B agency setting.
- eCommerce knowledge: Familiarity with the eCommerce market is beneficial.
- Project management tools: Experience with YouTrack or similar task management software.
- Other tools: Familiarity with such solutions as Hotjar, Hubpost, Mailerlite.
Responsibilities
- Full website ownership: Oversee all aspects of the website including content strategy, design, UX/UI, and CMS management on WordPress.
- Content creation: Produce compelling and persuasive copy for landing pages, blog posts, newsletters, SMM posts, case studies.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with design and development teams to implement website changes and with other departments to integrate expert insights into content.
- Performance tracking: Monitor and report on the website’s performance, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.
