AGRO.RIA is a marketplace for Ukrainian farmers, perfect for buying and selling agricultural equipment. Over the past year, 1.2 million customers purchased equipment on the platform, with over 24,000 unique offers from sellers.

Tasks they are looking for:

• Maintain the AGRO.RIA content calendar: plan topics, coordinate authors and use materials, so that everything comes out clearly at all times.

• Prepare comprehensive technical specifications for designers, work with them and a team of product marketers, so that the content looks stylish and clearly conveys key messages.

• Analyze traffic from social media - wonder how to perform seeding, and understand what audiences can access most efficiently.

Notification Channel:

• Launch promotional outlets for merchants platforms.

• Work with triggers for buyers and sellers, so that communications are as accurate and efficient as possible.

• Help expand your customer base through cost-free channels and set them up correctly interact with them.

Social Channel:

• Maintain a content plan and Facebook group AGRO.RIA: publish, moderate, encourage activity.

• Spread the seeds and work on it, to attract even more buyers to the platform.

Required skills dosvid:

• Advance in marketing or SMM in 1st direction.

• Basic skills in working with analytics and GA4.

 About the stages of the interview:

• Getting acquainted with the recruiter and the Leader of the department (40-60 min).
• Test task.
