Our client is an innovative BPO company, dedicated to connecting digital content creators with their audience through personalized and engaging chat interactions. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Content Management Specialist to join their team.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Handling: Efficiently download and upload content into the vault of each creator.Vault Management: Organize and categorize content within the vault to maintain an orderly system.Content Scheduling: Schedule feed posts, mass message postings, and Pay-Per-View (PPV) mass messages in alignment with our content strategies.Content Development: Assist in writing content requests and creatively contribute to content creation.Account Setup: Bring creator pages up to the appropriate standard, and enhance their presence on on the platforms.Quality Assurance: Assist with quality checks to ensure content meets the required standards and maintains brand consistency.Collaboration & Reporting: Closely collaborate with Account Managers, covering supplementary tasks as needed.QualificationsLanguage Skills: Strong command of English with an understanding of American slang; exceptional English writing and creative writing abilities, particularly in crafting engaging content.Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks and deadlines efficiently, while working under minimum supervision.Communication Skills: Highly communicative, with the ability to clearly convey information and collaborate effectively with team members.Professional Experience: Previous experience in social media, content management, digital marketing, or a related field within the online entertainment industry is preferred but not required.Why Join usOur company is at the forefront of digital content and creator services within the online entertainment industry.
