How much will you earn?

• We will provide you with a salary of approximately 25,000-35,000 per month, and possibly more, with good work;

Schedule: from 09.00 until 19.00.

Responsibilities:

• PC administration: installation and configuration of Windows OS and software, cleaning of laptops, local network, etc.
• CRM configuration: control of accesses, statuses, import/export of data, configuration of integrations etc.;
• Configuration of IP telephony from the user side, control of serviceability;
• Implementation of new software solutions - accounting, SRM, video surveillance, etc.
• Working with the company's websites and participating in their development
• Purchasing office equipment and its maintenance
• Performing official tasks and assignments of the direct manager;
• Controlling the management of the company's social networks (preparation creatives, content and publications);
• Providing support, training and consulting to company employees on issues related to computers and software;
• Providing operational assistance to employees in troubleshooting, identifying , localization and troubleshooting;

Requirements:

• Skills of system administration (possible at the amateur level)
• Skills for working with MS Office, a confident user of Excel (filters, rounding formulas, etc.), experience in large amount of data;
• Experience with price lists, Import/Export of product items;
• Minimum knowledge and understanding of PHP, HTML, CSS;
• Skills for working with site builders, such as WordPress, Opencart, Modx;
