About the team:

The marketing team is responsible for the brand and its perception. We create creative solutions and advertise. We are engaged in attracting and retaining customers. We conduct research that affects business decisions.

The team includes a marketing director, a brand manager, retention specialists, designers and an analyst. There is access to a video production team.

We are currently looking for a specialist who will be responsible for the effective work and development of the brand's social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik-Tok).

For this role, it is important:

• experience of successful work with social networks and a desire to further deepen it;
• easy, fast and interesting to write;
• follow trends, be able to pick them up quickly;
• understand the algorithms and features of each social network;
• be responsible for your results, be able to think critically and not make the same mistakes;
• be able to quickly pick up information drives from outside and from the life of the company and integrate them into the content;
• being able to use graphic editors, create a simple visual as needed on your own - will be an advantage 😉

Main duties/tasks:

• create content for social networks that you want to comment on and share;
• communicate with subscribers, increase their number and engagement;
• respond to information drives, quickly and timely create situations;
• analyze the effectiveness of social networks, adjust the strategy according to the results;
• set tasks for the designer and production to create visuals/photos for posts;
• to adjust the promotion of posts, to evaluate performance - will be an advantage 😉
