Content manager / Online store manager (marketplaces) in Fumigant Agro, TOV

We are launching a new project - an online store with access to marketplaces (at the start - Prom.ua, then scaling to other platforms). We are looking for a versatile specialist who can take over content management and order processing.

Responsibilities: Content and work with product cards:

• Creating and designing product cards on the marketplace

• Filling in characteristics, descriptions, SEO optimization

• Uploading and editing photos

• Mass uploading of products (via Excel/CSV). of orders

• Communication with customers (calls / messages)

• Consultation about goods

• Transfer of orders to warehouse / suppliers

• Control of payment and shipment

• Working with returns and complaints
  
  Requirements:

  • Work experience content manager or online store manager

  • Understanding the principles of marketplaces

  • Skills in working with Excel / Google Sheets

  • Competent written and oral language

  • Attention to details

  • Self-organization and responsibility

  • Experience in working with Prom.ua or other marketplaces
    
    
    

    Conditions:

    • Work in the office. The possibility of a hybrid format is considered in perspective, but not guaranteed.

    • Schedule 5/2, from 09:00 to 18:00

    • The prospect of salary growth in accordance with the development of the project and the expansion of the presence of stores on marketplaces.
