The proto produktiia team chooses to work on the production of independent art and non-obvious educational formats. We aim to scale and export Ukrainian cultural and educational products abroad. We are looking for a content manager of social networks who will work on video and text content. At the beginning of cooperation, we will work with content focused for our partners Hata Maisterni and post impreza. What we offer: Work in a cozy and comfortable office in the center of Ivano-Frankivsk Relatively standardized and predictable work schedule with respect for weekends and vacations A variety of tasks, projects and topics The opportunity to attend our educational and educational events, have access to the plots of projects, access to new networks and contacts Main duties: Video creation (60%) Planning, creation and publication of short videos (Stories and Reels), taking into account the tone of voice of the agency and projects being implemented Use of mobile photo - and video shooting for the creation of Stories and ReelsPreparation of TOR for a designer for visual materialsBasic editing of short videos, including editing of titles in Ukrainian and EnglishCollection and analysis of activity statistics on Instagram (audience reach and engagement, etc.) Work on increasing qualitative and quantitative indicators of interaction with the audiencePreparation of reports on the work, results and recommendations for further improvements Communication with the team and project coordinators to obtain the necessary information Copywriting (40%) Weekly planning of the content plan and making proposals for its improvement Creation, editing and publication of texts Preparation of technical specifications for the designer for visual materials Communication with the team and project coordinators to obtain necessary information What is important: Education in cultural studies or related fields Ability to adapt to different tone of voice Understanding of the context of Ukrainian and international art Willingness to understand and develop the topics we work with in order to form a high-quality, lively and valuable content reader Experience in working with reels, writing scripts and basic video editing skills (video editing: covers for reels; creating dynamics, speeding up videos, overlaying backgrounds, etc.) Experience with photo and video editing applications.
