We are looking for a specialist in the team who has a wide range of marketing tools to work on increasing the conversion and profitability of various projects working on the CPA-marketing model.< /p>

Requirements:

- understanding of the principles of CPA marketing, basic knowledge of various traffic sources, their features, performance indicators;< /p>

- understanding the principles of working with analysis tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Similarweb, etc.);

- confident command of Excel/Google Sheets (summary tables, functions);

- analytical thinking, attention to detail;

- English is sufficient for competent written communication with support;

- experience with partner programs and html skills will be advantages.< /p>

Responsibilities:

- searching for discounts and coupons, placing them on websites using CMS;

- setting tasks for editors and copywriters, accepting content and checking compliance with technical specifications;

- generating reports and analyzing the effectiveness of various traffic sources;

- formation and verification of hypotheses, how to increase the conversion rate on the site;

- communications with partner networks: analysis of conditions and negotiations on their improvement.

Working conditions:

- salary level — 16 thousand hryvnias, for the trial period (up to 3 months) — 14 thousand hryvnias;

- permanent training, experienced mentors;

- official employment;

- 8-hour working day (possible individual work schedule);

- office near Darnytska Square or remote work.
