Key responsibilities: Content moderation: processing user feedback (removing spam, etc.), monitoring compliance with site rules. Working with the database: adding and correcting information about products (drinks, cocktails, accessories), work with large volumes of data. User interaction: answers to questions, consultations, help in solving problems. Knowledge base support: creation and updating of reference materials, articles, reviews. Key skills: Attention and scrupulousness: work with a large volume information requires accuracy and the ability to concentrate on details. Literacy and knowledge of the English language (Upper-Intermediate): the ability to write clearly, succinctly and without errors. Understanding of the principles of online stores: knowledge of the concepts of CPC, margin, SEO will be an advantage. Experience of working with large volumes of information, experience working with CRM systemsExperience working with partner programs: generating basic reports, monitoring links Experience working as a data analyst: analyzing key performance indicators (KPI), analyzing data on user behavior to identify trends and improve user experience Responsibility and punctuality: the ability to work under deadlines, fulfill tasks ahead. Communicability: the ability to work in a team, establish contact with people.
