Content manager, Moderator in Project Ukraine

Key responsibilities: Content moderation: processing user feedback (removing spam, etc.), monitoring compliance with site rules. Working with the database: adding and correcting information about products (drinks, cocktails, accessories), working with large volumes of data. Interaction with by users: answers to questions, consultations, help in solving problems. Knowledge base support: creation and updating of reference materials, articles, reviews. Key skills: Attention and scrupulousness: working with a large amount of information requires accuracy and the ability to concentrate on details. Literacy and knowledge English (Upper-Intermediate): the ability to write clearly, succinctly and without errors. Understanding of the principles of online stores: knowledge of the concepts of CPC, margin, SEO will be an advantage. Experience working with large volumes of information, experience working with CRM systems Experience working with partner programs: generation of basic reports, control of links. Experience with data analytics: analysis of key performance indicators (KPI), data analytics on user behavior to identify trends and improve user experience. Responsibility and punctuality: ability to work under deadlines, complete tasks on time. Communicability : the ability to work in a team, establish contact with people.
