Content manager (Facebook) in Starlight Media

And today, the Personnel Management Department of Starlight Media invites to its team an experienced content manager ( ku) (Facebook). Your tasks will be: development of a monetization strategy on Facebook: responsibility for market and competitor research, determination of priority monetization goals and implementation of an appropriate strategy to achieve these goals development of content — plans to ensure content compliance with Facebook policies and rules data analysis and measurement of the effectiveness of content presentation on Facebook in order to optimize profitability, implement corrections to improve results, establish and maintain partnerships between internal teams, resolve conflict situations, search for new opportunities for revenue growth on the Facebook platform and implement them, work with the formation of proposals and decision-making based on Facebook analytics, continuous improvement of skills and knowledge in the field of working with Facebook to support innovation department management (management of teams of 13 multifunctional employees) interaction with other departments to achieve common goals regular reporting on the effectiveness of strategies and identification of key success indicators Our expectations from you: have a full higher education (preferably management/marketing) and relevant work experience of 2 years or more in a similar position, experience with monetization of content on Facebook, knowledge of the main tools on this platform, knowledge of trends in digital marketing and understanding of the Facebook audience, deep knowledge of the rules and policies of the Facebook platform, understanding of the audience and trends in the media, knowledge of analytics and performance metrics content knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level, the ability to develop and implement new ideas, the ability to plan team work, coordinate actions and make strategic decisions, the ability to communicate effectively with the team and other stakeholders, you work confidently with Word, Excel, Meta Business Suite, Rights Manager and Insights We offer: all the benefits of official employment and a stable salary working schedule: Mon-Fri from 9:00/10:00 to 18:00/19:00 (remote work format) health insurance at the expense of company and the opportunity to insure relatives a support program for young parents assistance from the StarLight Hope corporate fund in emergency situations a program of benefits and bonuses from the company's partners (in service companies, salons, gyms, etc.) wide opportunities for training, personal, professional and career development We are waiting for a resume with the specified level of the desired salary pay!
