We do not conduct interviews via instant messaging.About The RoleAs a Tebra Web Content Manager, your main objectives are to provide strategic content guidance to our customers, facilitate the creation and publishing of search engine-optimized website content to promote ROI for our physician clients, and improve efficiencies related to content creation. The Web Content Manager collaborates with multiple internal teams throughout the customer journey, facilitating content that reflects our customers' unique practices and supports their marketing goals.Your Area of FocusPresent content recommendations and advise clients on SEO and content best practices based on keyword and SEO research.Gather customer content requirements and facilitate website content creation within indicated SLAs (service level agreements).Collaborate with Onboarding squad members to deliver a positive customer onboarding experience, drive time to value, and provide continual customer feedback and workflow optimization opportunities.Oversee content assignments with freelancer writers and editors to ensure deadlines are met and optimized efficiently in editorial workflow.Leverage client feedback to resolve all content requests and ensure client satisfaction through feedback surveys.Produce quality website copy for health care providers based on editorial and style guidelines.Stay up-to-date with SEO algorithms for content and Google Best Practices.Develop content guidelines and training to better communicate to clients, internal stakeholders, and freelancers. Use communication skills to effectively work with other teams (including onboarding managers, customer success managers, support representatives, etc.) and guide pre-launch and post-launch content creation. Attend and engage in weekly team meetings as well as quarterly department meetings.Other appropriate responsibilities necessary to drive client satisfaction as assigned by leadership.Your Professional QualificationsCollege degree, preferably in Journalism, Communications, or Marketing, or equivalent education.Excellent command of the English language and ability to interpret and implement customer content feedback. 1-2 years of experience in client-facing content production, journalism, copywriting, or copyediting.Experience writing and/or editing in the healthcare industry is preferred but not required.Clear communicator with the ability to uphold top-tier customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer requests, and maintain high customer satisfaction.Organized and results-driven with a focus on achieving top customer quality.Self-starter who thrives in the opportunity to take initiative, with exceptional time management skills and great attention to detail.Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.Champion for continually improving on a personal level of product and industry knowledge and exercising best practices, as well as nurturing strong, collaborative client and cross-team relationships.Familiar with SEO algorithms for content and Google Best Practices.About TebraKareo and PatientPop have joined forces to become Tebra, the digital backbone for practice well-being.
