Content manager / AI Writer (part-time, 15-20 hours/week) in Rondesign

Hello, we are a design studio that develops web and mobile application design. We are looking for aContent Manager /AI-Writerto write texts in English. Our goal is to find a person who will be interested in developing with us.

Platforms to work with:company website, LinkedIn, Instagram.

Necessary skills:

• Proficiency in photo and video editing programs (Figma, Photoshop, etc.) .
• Ability to work with a translator and AI systems.
• English B1+
• Experience in copywriting, finding Tone of Voice.
• Offer ideas independently to diversify content.
• Attention, high level of self-organization.
• Ability to effectively find solutions to complex issues.

Would be a plus for this position:

• Understanding the algorithms and features of social networks LinkedIn, Instagram.
• Understanding the field of UX/UI design.
• Experience in photography, understanding the principles of composition.

Tasks you will need to work with:

• Writing texts for posts.
• Publishing content on platforms.
• Maintenance and development of social networks
• Development and implementation of content -plan.
• Generation and implementation of ideas for improving the company's content.
• Working with statistics and indicators.
• Adaptation of existing content to the format of networks.

Working conditions:

• Choice of work format: remote or office (Odesa).
• Freedom in decision-making.
• Possibility of growth and transition to a full-time team (discussed).
• Team work schedule 10:00-18:00 Mon-Fri, for this position - part-time up to 4 hours/day.
