Hello! We are looking for a Content Manager (full-time, remote) to work as an expert columnist for IT people on DOU. This is a position for a person who has experience working with content and is ready to edit technical (and not only) longreads on a daily basis, knows how to plan his time and is ready to communicate a lot with authors.

What you need to do:

• Proofread and edit texts that come from authors. It's often content by IT people for IT people, so it's important to be willing to understand the terminology and immerse yourself in the topic.
• Plan the content grid: monitor the number of blogs and the balance of topics.
• Communicate with existing blog authors, as well as look for new ones (build your own network, follow the community, trends and posts of IT users)
• Work with the team on large DOU projects (conference, salary analytics etc.)
• Devote a lot of time to work (most likely, it will not be possible to combine work at DOU with other employment).

You are our candidate if:

• You are interested in the development of Ukrainian IT and technologies.
• You speak and write Ukrainian fluently. A high level of literacy, attention to errors and typos is required.
• You have the skills to work with voluminous articles, longreads, etc.
• Responsible and able to organize your time independently, you can join work as needed and without reminders.
• Willing to work full-time and be available during business hours.
• Proactive - DOU has a small team and many directions where you can realize your potential. We help implement ideas and support development and initiative. But we cannot work with indifference to our business.
