Job Description
We are looking for a CRM Content Manager to join our team and help us to maintain close and effective communication with our users.
Responsibilities:
- Write and edit compelling promo-offer copies and emails.
- Prepare layouts for the website and direct customer communication (tournament descriptions, emails, sms, notifications etc.).
- Collaborate with a CRM team to implement all the activities based on product promo plans.
- Write clear task descriptions for a design team.
- Manage website banners and snippets to enhance user engagement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English is a requirement (B2 minimum)
- Gambling (casino)/ betting industry experience
- Proven hands-on experience as a Content Manager, Copywriter and/or Writer
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems
- Сreative thinking, problem-solving, communication skills
- Would be a plus:
- English C1
- Basic proficiency in Figma for collaborative design projects
- Skills in tabular layout design, HTML markup, and CSS
- Knowledge of sports and betting industry
