Our customer Aurora Group is a large seller on the Amazon platform, which specializes in own brands, developing products from scratch and bringing them to leaders in their respective categories on Amazon. Now we are looking for a Content Manager - a person who will create content that not only covers the audience, but also sells a large number of goods.

Main duties connections:

• Definition of key topics and approaches for effective brand promotion in each of the social. networks (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Threads, Youtube shorts).
• Creation of textual and visual content for social networks.
• Preparation of graphic design, photo and video materials.
• Planning and publication of content in accordance with the content plan.
• Monitoring audience reactions and interacting with them.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of publications and audience reactions.
• Making adjustments to the strategy based on the data received.
• Involvement of the audience in activities and dialogue.
• Collaboration with the marketing department to align content with the overall marketing strategy.

  Necessary skills and experience:

  • English level - Upper-Intermediate
  • Personal experience managing Instagram and Tik Tok from 2 years old.
  • Understanding the specifics of each social. networks, types of content, approaches to online sales
  • Creativity and the ability to generate ideas for content.
  • Deep understanding of the target audience and its needs.
  • High communication skills for interaction with the audience and internal teams.
  • Ability to create a selling script for videos, understanding what content "sticks" and "sells"
  • Free use of a PC, general digital literacy
  • Multitasking, willingness to lead several projects at the same time
