BRAND UKRAINE is looking for a Content manager to implement international projects of the organization. BRAND UKRAINE is a public organization created to help Ukraine become a favorite brand, a lovemark for the whole world. We implement international communication projects for the development of Ukraine's image in the world, as well as provide professional support to government institutions of Ukraine in the field of strategic communications, data analysis and content development. We are creating an ecosystem of the official English-language pages of Ukraine Ukraine.ua and War.ukraine.ua with millions of followers in the leading social networks and advocate the image of our country in the world. What do we expect? The ability to write various texts of the media direction. Knowledge and mastery of the infrastructure of social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Tik-Tok, Linkedin, X). Youtube experience and creating scenarios for videos, as well as journalistic experience will be an advantage Competent command of written Ukrainian and English Free orientation in social media trends, as well as social, political, cultural processes in Ukraine and the world Systemic thinking and the ability to analyze information Communicability Ability to work with stakeholders Time management and the ability to concentrate on the main thing. Non-conflict and stress resistance. The ability to make decisions and take responsibility. The ability to manage risks and changes. The desire to contribute to the victory of Ukraine by what you know how to do best. to constantly improve your skills and knowledge Main duties: Production of text content for the needs of the organization (social networks, sites, presentations, project and promo content) Primary content quality control Posting on social networks Adherence to content production plans and schedules Conducting social network analytics and preparing reports Teach in creativity and preparation of content plans Search for insiders, communication with stakeholders, processing of press releases Mandatory requirements: Experience of professional work in the field of media, communications, public organizations, state institutions - at least 2 years. Running your own content projects (for example, Telegram channels) will be an advantage. Excellent command of the Ukrainian language. Fluency in English (at least C1 level) and experience in creating successful media content in English. Knowledge of an additional foreign language will be an advantage Ability to write competent, interesting, exciting texts in various formats. The ability to create graphic or video content for social networks will be an advantage. Understanding of the foreign policy of Ukraine and the international context Experience of independent project content work (analytics and research, planning, coordination of cross-platform content, etc.) will be an advantage. Working with non-standard markets (Africa, Asia) will be an advantage. Experience in creating content for targeted campaigns (Meta, Google, Linkedin, Tik-Tok) will be an advantage.
